For every deal you close within 60 days we'll discount our fee by up to 80%.
Discount is capped at gross revenue of $500,000 USD. IP owner must have a fully executed licensing agreement, signed by both parties, to be eligible for discount. Discount is applied to the total fee owed to Layer as per Layerâs standard listing terms. 60 day period begins when you first receive licensing proposal through the Layer app.
