The offer is only applicable to the properties listed above and only applies to Proposal submitted through Layer between 1 August 2023 and 31 August 2023. The offer applies only to guaranteed royalties or license fees payable under the license agreement and excludes other royalties. The maximum rebate is the lesser of 15% of the Minimum Guaranteed Royalty or Licensee Fees, or, Layer’s total fee. The rebate will become payable to the licensee only upon payment of all fees to Layer by the licensor.
