Rebate is only available for select IPs, brands and talent. Deals will be counted over a rolling 365 day period. Layer will remit 15% of the deal minimum guarantee or flat fee, depending on the agreement between you and the licensor. Offer does not apply to royalties or revenue shares, only to minimum guarantee or flat fee. Layer will remit eligible rebates only after collecting fees from the licensor.
